I’m a soon to be Junior. And I wanted to try out for football in my Junior year. I’m 5’11 and weighed 210…I want to play the defensive end position. I know that I will need a somewhat decent speed. So what exercise I can do that will help me increase my running speed and agility?

Ok, I’m a teen and I never get out alot. My parents won’t let me go running outside and they don’t have a membership to a gym or anything. I have started exercising in my room. By jumping around, and dancing like crazy. But they always complain about how I make too much noise and that the floors are thin. Then I tried running up and down the stairs but they complained about that too. So what exercise can I do without my parents complaining about noise?

Currently, I’m doing the hip hop abs videos and am disappointed because I’m not seeing any results. The videos are only about a half hour each. How long should one generally exercise each day in order to see results. I know you should burn more calories than you eat but I just want to know a general range of time that one should exercise when trying to lose weight.

I am going to be starting a new diet program to lose some weight, but I am not sure what to do about my exercise program. What is the best exercise program to gain muscle mass (primarily my midsection)?
Also, any exercise DVDs are perfered, much easier.

I am starting the South Beach Diet, and plan on exercising throughout to maximize my weight loss effort. However, I know that my body is going to feel very sluggish during the first 2 weeks as it is so adjusted to having an abundance of carbs. How critical is it to exercise during those first two weeks?

I wake up every morning at 8 to exercise. Should I eat something before I workout? If so how long should I wait after eating to exercise? I don’t really have time in the morning so Im planning on just waking up and working out on a empty stomach.

Back in Girl Scouts we would go on a hike at a park that would have a fitness trail. Along the fitness trail there would be stations set up where you do jumping jacks, pull-ups, walking a beam, etc. I have seen them by office buildings and apartment complexes too. What I want to do is find out what they are officially called so I can do a search online. Thanks! (PS: I am from the Schaumburg, IL area if that helps.)
