Swim.
Pools exercise every muscle in the body, and if you swim enough you will get so toned!
I suggest going at least once a week, for at least one hour of laps.
Even just playing around with friends is good exercise.
You need to eat lots of food with proteins and good fats.
Protein:
Soy, Tofu, Oatmeal, etc.
Good Fats:
Nuts, Olive Oil, Peanut Oil, etc.
If you don’t have access to a pool, I suggest running for 20 minutes a day, preferably with weights.
Also, lift weights.
well just join a community or cschool sports. sports help you lose weight, or if that’s not what you need, keep in shape. physical activity makes your body strong and healthy. do you want to lose weight? don’t worry too much about it, unless you are really overweight. in that case you should speak to your doctor, not us. eat more healthy fresh fruits and veggies, less greasy processed foods (if it’s prepackaged, it probably isn’t good).again, just talk to your doctor. they’ll tell you specifically what yous hould do. have fun
